　　肉，以至于猪肉在中国政府的政策考虑中占据着重要地位。猪肉对中国的意义远远不只是中国菜肴中的基本原料。食品占据了中国消费价格指数(CPI)近33%的比重，而猪肉在食品类别中至少占10%。如果猪肉价格持续下跌，猪卖不出好价，农民会开始少养猪，这会导致猪肉供应减少，最终导致肉价飙升。为应对猪肉价格下跌，政府通常会考虑增加猪肉储备，并为养猪农民提供补贴，以确保未来的猪肉供应。

　　Chinese people love pork so much that pork plays an important role in policy,concerns of the Chinese government. For China, the significance of pork is farmore than an ingredient of Chinese cuisine. Foodmakes up nearly 33% of China's CPI,while pork atleast accounts for 10% of food. If the price of pork continues to fall,the price of pigs will godown accordingly. Then farmers will start to raise less pigs,which leads to the decline of porksupply and finally results in a soar of pork price.To cope with the price fall of pork, the government normally will consider increasing pork reserve and give subsidies to the farmers who raise pigs to guarantee the pork supply in the future.
